WS-Slideshow runs on any platforms such as Windows, OS X and Linux as well as within any Browsers such as Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari or Opera. All user need only an installed Flash Player version 9, which is available on over 99.2% of Internet-enabled desktops (Resource: Adobe Flash Player Version Penetration - June 2010).

WS-Slideshow based on a slideshow which was developed by Jens Krause for the content management systems NorthClick and Jimdo. WS-Slideshow profits by these experiences and has been improved permanently. BTW: With Jimdo WS-Slideshow reaches more than 1 Mio. users today!
WS-Slideshow has been developed by Jens Krause, who is a freelance Flex Developer based in Hamburg and Eutin (Germany). The code behind this application has been written in ActionScript 3, is well structured and based on well known design patterns using the PureMVC-Framework.
