  • 1.1 Where can I get information about licenses and and usage conditions?

  • 1.2 How long will be a license valid?

    All licenses of WS-Slideshow or WS-Slideshow Configurator are valid for an unlimited time. Until the next release (version 3.0) all updates are included and for free. If you want to upgrade to the next release (version 3.0) you have to re-order a new version of your product.

• 2 Purchase

  • 2.1 Can I try WS-Slideshow before I purchase it?

    To try WS-Slideshow just download the Freeware version of WS-Slideshow. It includes all features. The only differences to any commercial version is that it includes a logo and its license and usage conditions.

  • 2.2 How secure is the order process by share-it?

    The share-it! order process is protected via a secure connection so that the data sent to the recipient can only be read by the recipient. Important information such as credit card numbers, addresses, etc. is sent to the recipient securely via the Internet.

    All of the data entered on the protected pages is encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.

  • 2.3 Which payment options are available?

    As a global e-commerce partner, share-it! accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and Diners Club credit cards, as well as Maestro debit cards issued in the UK. You can use PayPal to pay for your order even if you do not yet have a PayPal account. Last but not least you can pay by wire transfer.

  • 2.4 Will I receive an invoice?

    Of course! share-it! will e-mail you an invoice after payment is received. The order documents will be included as a PDF attachment to the e-mail. You can also view and print your order documents any time after completing your order using the secure "My Account" area on share-it!.

  • 2.5 When will I receive the WS-Slideshow?

    It depends on the payment type you selected: If you paid by credit/debit card, share-it! will immediately email you a download link with your email order confirmation. If you have selected a different payment type, the delivery will be initiated as soon as share-it receive your payment.

  • 3.1 What are the requirements to install WS-Slideshow?

    The Flash Player Plugin Version 10.0 or later has to be installed on your machine. Click here to check which version is installed.

    The installation of the latest Flash Plugin is pretty simple. Just go to Adobe's Flash Player website and download the latest version of the Flash Player for free.

  • 3.2 How do I install the WS-Slideshow?

    The installation of the WS-Slideshow is pretty straightforward. Check out the detailed instructions at the forum: " Installation instruction".

    BTW: A great help is the WS-Slideshow Configurator, which lets you configure your WS-Slideshow as simple as possible.

  • 3.3 How can I tweak WS-Slideshow?

    A lot of properties and styles of WS-Slideshow can be customized. To do it you have to change some values of an XML configuration file. Check out the "Pimp it!" section, where you will find great examples and detailed instructions.

  • 3.4 Can I load WS-Slideshow into another Flash movie (SWF)?
